The company was incorporated in the form of Sociedad anonima in April of 1974. The company's services include maintenance of the potable water, as well as pick up and water supply of the facilities of sewage system, and cleaning of waters in the Municipality of Palma. Furthermore, the company is also in charge of the management in the road cleaning and sweeping of Palma de Mallorca municipality. The company is owned by the Ayuntamiento de Palma, that possesses the 100 percent of its capital stock.
