The company is a private entity primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution and marketing of watches. It offers products manufactured by Breitling, a brand of Swiss watches designed primarily for aviation use; Girard-Perregaux, a high-end Swiss watch manufacturer with its origins dating back to 1791; and Oris, a producer of mechanical watches founded by Paul Cattin and Georges Christian at Hölstein (Basel-Country) in 1904. The company sells its products through its website, as well as through a network of distributors and sales agents in Spain and Andorra. With head office in Palma, Spain, the company was established by Javier and Nicolás Pomar in 1983.
