The company is primarily engaged in the import and sale of wood. It was founded by D. Joan March Ordinas in 1920. The company has a registered office located in Palma in Baleares, Spain. The company has four stores (Palma, Inca, Manacor and Ibiza) for the development of its core business, importing and selling all kinds of products related to wood boards, wood products and other accessories. One of the execution of the company has been opening in June 2008, the facilities in the industrial estate of Son Morro de Palma de Mallorca. These facilities have an area of more than 19,000 square meters spread between the warehouse and offices. The company also has a certified FSC chain of custody with the aim of promoting responsible forest management.
