The company is primarily engaged in providing a range of different services covering areas unrelated to private security. Examples of the services provided by service assistants in its customers' installations include protocol and communication services, call centre services, caretaker and reception services, control centre operation services, traffic control services and cleaning services. It was incorporated in March of 1993. The company has a registered office located in Palma in the Balearic Islands, Spain. The company forms part of Grupo Trablisa. It collaborates with its customers on designing their organisational procedures, so that companies can devote their efforts exclusively to their professional activities, and not have to worry about issues which they should be able to consider supplementary. Furthermore, the company is certified by the Spanish Standardisation and Certification Association (AENOR - Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación) under the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard, bearing witness to the entire organisation's commitment to ensuring and improving customer satisfaction through the implementation of a quality control system and the ongoing improvement of services offered. Grupo Trablisa has also obtained environmental management certification under the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard through the same association.
