The company operates as a Spanish municipal company that manages group passenger transport in the city of Palma and its surroundings. It was incorporated in March 1985 and has its registered head office located in Palma, Spain. The company offers a wide transport system to visitors and locals, providing easy access among the different municipalities in Palma, which is the capital city of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands in Spain. It serves approximately 35 million passengers per annum with a fleet of young buses, managing directly or indirectly 25 lines, serving Palma as well as Marratxí, Calvià and Llucmajor. It also runs a Palma night bus.
